This is not exactly a survey course, but it does give you a general overview of inorganic and physical chemistry.  We don’t go too in-depth on things, I just try to give you enough information to be confidently speak ‘Chemistry’ and be a much more engaging dinner party guest.  By the end of this course, you should have some solid skills, and a deeper appreciation of chemistry, even if that means that you took a sacred vow never to touch the stuff again.

Syllabus:  Class policies, and a general road map to the course.  It describes the things you will learn, and the order they will be presented in.

Homework:  Our homework is being completed online through the OWL system.  You will need to purchase access codes to this.  They are either bundled with the book, or they can be purchased separately from the publisher.  Here are instructions for this:
